It-s an exciting time for us, as we continue to grow and add to our Sarasota, FL team. As such, we are currently seeking a Project Manager/Advertising & Data Manager who demonstrates the following skills and brings the following experience:

  • 2-3 years of account management experience or working experience in a related field

  • Possess solid leadership skills

  • Able to carry out detailed tasks and projects with minimal direction or supervision

  • The ability to identify and solve problems independently and proactively

  • Possess superb customer service skills and excellent attention to detail

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe products

  • Proficient with Double Click for Publishers (DFP)

  • Proficient with Google Analytics

  • Able to learn different skill sets quickly

  • Able to identify and solve independently and proactively

  • Able to multitask, perform efficiently and well under tight deadlines

  • Able to manage own workflow while coordinating with project teams and management on schedules, requirements, goals, and assignments as needed

  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing

Job Snapshot: In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for trafficking and all program-specific client materials in the creation of both sponsored content/advertorials and display advertising and digital content. Additionally, responsible for verifying and maintaining client information through an online database. You will take an active role in the creation and ownership of timelines and processes. Responsible for daily communication with a large creative team, including artists, editors, developers and account directors. Serves as a highly visible role as liaison between the Client, Advertisers, and Miles- staff and management.

Essential Duties:

Advertising Asset Management:

  • Communicates with Miles Partnership-s sales staff on a regular basis regarding contract status

  • Communicates with advertisers regarding their contracts, artwork needed, and proofs for all publications

  • Ensures all ads are collected (and specific requests are accommodated) and entered into appropriate systems

  • Collaborates with internal designers to create and/or verify specifications for advertisements submitted

  • Proofs all ads for grammar, spelling, style and client specifications

  • Creates tracking links for clients for eBook publications and proof all links

  • Reconciles all advertising contracts with advertisements in the products

Advertising Performance Analysis:

  • Manages digital advertising performance, including maximizing inventory, ROI, campaign completion/reporting and sales opportunities

  • Identifies issues and opportunities to Miles Partnership-s sales team and the client

  • Monitors pacing of all advertisement click-thru rates and CPC performance and recommends opportunities for improvement

  • Analyzes weekly and monthly campaign reports and identifies opportunities for improvement of ad performance

  • Updates advertisement wording and images to increase advertisement performance

  • Creates client campaign reports and provides analysis for each campaign

Database Management:

  • Responsible for accuracy of all data listings and client satisfaction, ensuring adherence to clients- business rules

  • Updates descriptions and images for client listings for both print and web products

  • Proofs all copy, images, and formatting for client listings for both print and web products for consistency and accuracy

  • Adds business information in the data engine, provides clients with login information, and explaining the process to clients

Project Management:

  • Key operational contact for assigned accounts who works with teams to set realistic expectations for clients and ensure communication is complete, timely, accurate and understandable by all parties (both internal and external)

  • Direct and schedule personnel across multiple departments to deliver products on schedule/budget

  • Manage multiple projects on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Generate and own billing across multiple accounts

  • Manage day-to-day deliverables in collaboration with clients

  • Create and maintain project schedules and deadlines

  • Attend daily and weekly meetings with clients and manage day-to-day deliverables in collaboration with clients

  • Coordinate and manage project deliverables and ensure that tasks are completed: schedule and facilitate project-related team meetings, communicate action steps to team, and deliver status reports as needed

  • Responsible for documentation/communication - both internal and external - of agreements, account details and deliverables

  • Schedules and assists with project-related team meetings, communicates action steps to team, and summarizes status reports as needed

  • Assists team with developing and continuously improving internal procedures in order to meet account and client needs

  • Responsible for hours management and various reporting
