The Administrative Assistant, Administration position is a part-time position responsible for maintaining a high quality "first impressions" receptionist area by ensuring quality customer service is provided to all residents, residents' families and other visitors. Responsible for performing receptionist, and clerical duties in an efficient manner in accordance with established procedures, and as directed by the supervisor.
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor Degree is preferred.
A minimum of one (1) year experience in a receptionist capacity with multi-line phone system experience required.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of personalities, be able to work with constant interruptions, and possess a customer service mentality.
Must be experienced in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language effectively
Must be able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
