Responsible for the design and facilitation of revenue cycle training across the organization. Monitors quality and regulation changes to identify and remediate processes. Prepares and updates all educational reference materials, coordinates training schedules, develops and implements process improvement initiatives. Utilizes proven methodologies to create training including needs analysis, design development, implementation and evaluation.

Associates Degree required. Two years of experience in management or training within a hospital, physician office or finance department. In lieu of experience, a higher level degree will be considered
