Kforce Human Resources Coordinator in Tampa, Florida

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Human Resources Coordinator in Tampa, Florida (FL). This position is responsible for performing duties related to enrolling, dis-enrolling and maintaining membership files.Summary:The HR Coordinator oversees the timely development. management and optimization of member and provider materials (i.e., identification cards, member handbooks, provider directories and provider manuals) for government-sponsored health plans; ensuring compliance and data accuracy, achieving service excellence, and supporting growth initiatives. The candidate collaborates with Shared Services and local markets to facilitate and support these initiatives.Essential Functions:

  • Analyzes government contracts and marketing guidelines for information to develop member and provider materials

  • Works with stakeholders to ensure member and provider materials are compliant and accurate according to government contracts and marketing guidelines

  • Collaborates in the production of member and provider materials. including creating and maintaining project plans. Versioning, vendor data testing, and proofing

  • Provides materials development status reporting to management and stakeholders on a routine and ad hoc basis

  • Serves as a member and provider materials subject matter expert to partner and consult with stakeholders to strategize and plan the development of materials

  • Represents the team/department in cross-functional meetings

  • Functions as a brand champion to perpetuate corporate branding standards

  • Supports new business development and expansion by developing member and provider materials. and preparing for/participating in RFP/ITN responses and readiness reviews as required

  • Prepares for/participates in internal and external audits and accreditation efforts as required

  • Helps create and maintain department/team policies and procedures

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, English, Health Policy and Management, Marketing or related field required

  • 5 years of experience in communications development, implementation and oversight required

  • Other extensive experience with member and provider materials and/or marketing (i.e. direct and online) required

  • Travel Requirements 10% or less
