The Learning Management & Technologies (LM&T) Specialist is responsible for supporting our learning systems, tools?, and processes. This may include designing and building conference registration sites via Cvent, advising other Learning & Development (L&D) functional teams on how to utilize and leverage our systems and tools, researching and responding to issue escalations and ticket resolution, and supporting miscellaneous projects that contribute to the success of LM&T.

Responsibilities May Include

  • Learning Management

  • Managing catalog and activity creation, enrollment and attendance processes for complex and time-sensitive Learning & Development courses

  • Auditing requests processed by the service provider

  • Building L&D courses and corresponding activities in our LMS and affiliated systems

  • Providing suggestions for LMS based registration solutions and outstanding enrollment issues and/or confirming the validity of credits awarded for external content

  • Support & Escalation

  • Developing and implementing the necessary processes and quality controls for specific components of new systems and the ongoing management of existing systems

  • Monitoring and providing support for production operational incidents and request escalation

  • Participating or contributing to the functional testing of new eLearning/learning technology initiatives

  • Developing and maintaining day-to-day relationships with key project members and US IT contacts related to learning systems implementation and operations

Knowledge Preferred

  • Experience administering, supporting and maintaining a Learning Management System (LMS), eLearning development tools, and relevant learning technologies

Core Skill Set and Background Requirements

  • Strong presence and communication skills

  • Self sufficient with strong initiative and willingness to learn

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (in particular Excel), Google platforms, and cloud based tools

  • Preferred some level of experience in a professional services firm or equivalent

  • Preferred some experience relevant to specific to role

Bachelor degree or equiv experience preferred
