The US Regulatory Reporting CCAR team performs a number of activities to support Citi’s Regulatory Reporting requirements. The Regulatory Reporting Sr. Analyst, CCAR (AVP) will be responsible for preparing and reviewing the Comprehensive Capital and Analysis Review (CCAR) process flows & associated controls. CCAR is a monthly, quarterly and annual process completed by the Federal Reserve & OCC to ensure institutions have robust, forward-looking capital planning processes the account for unique risks and sufficient capital to continue operations throughout times of economic and financial stress.

This Regulatory Reporting Sr. Analyst, CCAR (AVP) will assist in the implementation and maintenance of Capital Planning process flows, including CCAR to enhance the control framework and consistency of process flow management to achieve greater standardization, consistency, and sustainability. This position will work closely with the Process Flows lead analyst, CCAR Production Lead and workstreams, ensuring Capital Planning and CCAR process flows are established, updated, and maintained. The position has responsibility for all related processes being compliant with current regulations, supported by documentation standards and with effective preventive and detective controls. The position will liaise closely with the Data Process and Infrastructure, Corporate Reporting, Chief Data Office, Technology and Finance/Risk workstreams.


  • Responsible for drafting and maintaining process flows for CCAR/Capital Planning activities in partnership with Capital Planning & CCAR Workstreams.

  • Responsible for creating/maintaining detailed analysis of process metrics including around controls

  • Responsible for evaluating and identifying areas of potential process improvement opportunities and reengineering to help drive processes to target state and meet target savings

  • Responsible for coordination and project management of process flows, review of process documentation and participation in MCA process to ensure control consistency across the documentation landscape

  • Responsible for consolidation and reporting of metrics, KPIs and scorecards to support the CCAR/Capital Planning process.



  • 4 Years Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of related work experience

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills required.

  • Excellent analytical background and skill set to understand Regulatory processes, including system data flows.

  • Business Analytics, Project Management, and experience with process flows & controls

  • Able to work with large volumes of data from different sources.

  • Self-motivated with ability to make decisions and maintain a controlled environment.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours or on an Alternative Work Space (AWS) environment.

  • Ability to multi-task, be proactive and goal-oriented.

  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills (oral and written) and confidence to work with different levels of management.

Preferred but not required:

  • Previous experience with Lean Methodology / Six Sigma.

  • Previous experience with SQL and/or SAS preferred.

  • Previous exposure to Regulatory Reporting or Country Risk.

  • Previous banking products experience or exposure.

  • Previous Exposure to global processes and teamwork across various locations and cultures .
